The ST/SC & OBC Cell of St. Mary’s English Medium School is constituted to ensure equality, inclusion, and social justice for students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC). The Cell works to create a supportive and inclusive academic environment where every student is treated with dignity and respect.
The objectives of the Cell include safeguarding the rights of SC/ST/OBC students, addressing grievances related to discrimination (if any), creating awareness about government welfare schemes, scholarships, and ensuring equal opportunities in academic and co-curricular activities. The Cell also promotes harmony, mutual respect, and constitutional values within the school community.
Students and parents may approach the Cell for guidance, support, or grievance redressal. All concerns will be handled with confidentiality and seriousness.
